2026 Honey Hill Wedding Sweepstakes

The following content constitutes the Official Rules for the Honey Hill Wedding Sweepstakes (“Official Rules”):

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF PUERTO RICO AND US TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS) WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  INTERNET ACCESS REQUIRED TO ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

The Honey Hill Wedding Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Honey Hill Events (“Honey Hill” or “Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions.

  1. Sweepstakes Period. The Honey Hill Wedding Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 28, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on February 28, 2026.
  2. Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is administered and sponsored by Honey Hill Events (“Honey Hill” or “Sponsor”) located at [8200 E Washington St, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023] in partnership with Lauren & Co Events, 3 Little Birds Photography and Synapse Entertainment. You acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
  3. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, with a valid email address and internet access.
    Participation is limited to engaged couples, inclusive of all gender identities and sexual orientations (LGBTQ+ inclusive).

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Honey Hill or any participating vendor (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediate family members (parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step-relatives, and their spouses) and members of the same household of any such individual, are not eligible to enter or win.

In addition, prior Honey Hill clients or currently booked couples are not eligible to participate.

To participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants must also have access to the Internet and a valid Instagram account. All eligibility requirements must be met at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes.

  1. How to Enter. To enter, you must submit (1) a video (under two minutes) and (2) a written explanation (two paragraph minimum entry) of why you (as a couple) deserve to win. By fully completing and submitting all required information as directed, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. Online entry only. No other method of entry will be accepted.

All information submitted by participants in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy accessible at: https://honeyhill.events/privacy-policy/. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. Limit one (1) Entry per couple. If Sponsor discovers multiple Entries received from any person or account, only the first Entry received from such person or account will be considered. Any Entry that does not comply with the Entry Requirements or otherwise with these Official Rules, as determined in sponsor’s sole discretion, will be void, eliminated and not eligible for consideration.

  • General Entry Conditions. Automated methods of entry are prohibited, and any attempt to use such methods will result in disqualification. Entries must be complete, accurate, and submitted during the Sweepstakes Period; incomplete, invalid, or duplicate entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete entries, or for any technical failures, errors, or malfunctions of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time due to technical issues, tampering, or any cause beyond its control. Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted.
  • Finalists Selection. On or about March 1, 2026, Sponsor or its designated representatives will select three (3) or more finalists (“Finalist(s)”) from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period, based on the criteria set forth in these Official Rules. The selection of Finalists will be conducted by the Sweepstakes judges in their sole discretion, and all decisions are final.
  • Public Voting. Following the selection of Finalist(s), the Winner will be determined through a public voting period conducted on a dedicated webpage designated by the Sponsor. Public voting will begin on or about the date Finalists are announced and will end on March 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) (“Voting Period”).

Voters may be permitted to cast more than one (1) vote during the Voting Period; any applicable voting limits, including daily or per-person restrictions, will be disclosed by Sponsor on the voting webpage prior to the start of voting. Any attempt to use automated means, fraudulent identities, script, macro, or other technical methods to submit votes will result in disqualification of the associated votes and may result in disqualification of the related Entrant, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

At the conclusion of the Voting Period, the Finalist who receives the highest number of valid, eligible votes will be deemed the potential Winner, subject to verification. In the event of a tie, the Winner will be determined by the Sponsor’s judging panel, whose decision will be final and binding.

  • Winner Notification. Winner(s) will be notified by Sponsor within 72 hours from the date of the Winner(s) selection or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable. The Winner(s) must follow instructions given by Sponsor or designated agent, including, but not limited to, responding to notification with requested information, within five (5) days of receiving notification. Awarding any prize is subject to verification of each Winner’s eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. If (1) the Winner cannot be contacted as specified above; (2) any notification is returned as undeliverable; or (3) a potential winner is deemed ineligible for any other reason in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize and an alternate Winner(s) may be selected in his/her place from among all remaining eligible Entries at Sponsor’s discretion.
  • Sweepstakes Prize. The Winner(s) will receive the following:
    • Honey Hill, Event Venue (Value: $23,835)
      • Venue & Event Rental:
        • Exclusive use of Honey Hill on a Friday between the dates of March 12 and May 14, 2027 (excluding April 2)
        • Wedding day event rental (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
        • Room rental for up to 150 guests
        • Ceremony space rental
      • Food & Beverage Package:
        • Full catering package meeting the $12,000 food & beverage minimum
        • Silver Plated dinner service, including:
          • Appetizers (1 displayed and 2 passed)
          • House salad
          • Plated duet entrée, choice of vegetable, choice of potato
      • Beverage Service:
        • 5-hour beer and wine bar:
          • 1-hour cocktail hour

      • Uplighting throughout the reception space (up to 20 lights)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of  Winner’s prize: $33,935 USD.

 

 

All Prizes under the Sweepstakes are awarded “AS IS”. Sponsor does not make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with the Sweepstakes or any Prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a Prize of equal or greater value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the items listed herein, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption, substitution or extension except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Federal, state, or local taxes on Prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of each Winner. Taxes on and in connection with all Prizes are the sole responsibility of each Winner.

  • Winner Obligations. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in reasonable public relations, promotional, and marketing activities as requested by the Sponsor. These activities may include, without limitation, photography, videography, interviews, social media content, event coverage, and other publicity efforts related to the Sweepstakes or Honey Hill.

The Winner grants Sponsor and its authorized partners the unrestricted right to use all such resulting content, as well as the Winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information, in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

  • Publicity & Marketing. By submitting an Entry, each Entrant assigns to the Sponsor all worldwide rights, title, and interest in the Entry and any related content (including text, photos, audio, and video), in perpetuity and without further compensation. Sponsor may use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from the Entry for any purpose. Entrant also grants Sponsor the unrestricted, perpetual right to use Entrant’s name, image, likeness, voice, and persona for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  1. No Liability & Indemnification.  Sponsor and Instagram are not responsible for and are released from any technical, human, or mechanical errors of any kind that may affect an Entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s ability to operate it as intended. Entrants further release, hold harmless and agree to indemnify Sponsor, Instagram, and their affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any Prize. Sponsor and Instagram make no warranties regarding the quality or performance of any third-party products or services included in the Prize. Entrants assume all risks related to submitting materials and participating in the Sweepstakes.
  2. Other Terms. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or legal or regulatory requirements. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or any errors that may affect participation or operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent or disruptive conduct. Any attempt to damage a website or interfere with the Sweepstakes may result in legal action. The Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Ohio. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. If required by law or regulatory authority, Sponsor may modify or discontinue the Sweepstakes or disqualify Entrants in affected regions without liability.
  3. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising on the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and shall be decided by binding arbitration in Cleveland, Ohio and pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator or arbitrators shall be enforced by any court in Geauga County.
