We’ve gathered answers to a few of the most common questions planners and hosts have been asking.
How far in advance should we book our event venue?
For corporate events, social gatherings and showers, we recommend booking three to nine months ahead. Please check the guidelines for each specific venue – a few of our spaces (Timberfire, The Woodshed) only allow for scheduling six months ahead. If you have a specific date in mind, it’s always best to reach out as early as possible. While we do have availability, our weekends can book quickly. On Sundays we are not open to the public but welcome private events. For shorter-term planning, you may want to consider weekdays as well. Just reach out to our team and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you!
What type of down payment is required?
All of the details regarding pricing and payment are organized and vary by venue. This info can be found in our downloadable packets under our Venues.
Do you provide catering or allow outside caterers?
Depending on what venue(s) you select for your event, we offer various options. For traditional events, our chef-inspired in-house catering is offered through Honey Hill. For events at Timberfire, we will work with you on an appropriate menu. If your venue selection includes The Woodshed or Screens, ready-to-drink beverages and small bites may be offered through Concessions. With all of these unique options, we’re sure we can provide selections that meet any requirement, so we do not allow outside catering.
Will multiple events be scheduled at the same time?
With the size and configuration of The Hive and the flexibility to restructure the indoor and outdoor Honey Hill venues, there may be a variety of events and activities happening. But don’t worry! Our hospitality team works with a master schedule to ensure the events will not interfere with one another.
