Wedding FAQs
How far in advance should we book our wedding venue?
Most couples book their venue 12-18 months in advance, especially for popular dates in spring and fall. If you have a specific date in mind, it’s always best to reach out as early as possible, as prime weekends can book quickly.
How many guests can your venue accommodate?
Honey Hill can comfortably host large events, with a capacity of 400 guests inside and an additional 350 guests in The Conservatory. Both our indoor and outdoor spaces can be configured in a variety of ways, ensuring that, whatever your guest count, your gathering will feel just as you’ve intended.
What's included in the venue rental?
The Honey Hill hospitality team has outlined in detail what is included in the venue rental. To make planning simple, we currently offer four packages: The Estate Package, The Apiary Package, The Meadow Package and The Conservatory Package – all outlined here. However, each of the weddings can be fully customized with the help of our hospitality team and our extensive list of vendor partners.
Can we host both the ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Absolutely. Our venue offers multiple indoor and outdoor spaces that can transition smoothly from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the celebration without needing to travel between locations.
Do you offer indoor and outdoor event spaces?
Yes. Our main indoor wedding venue is Honey Hill. Our outdoor spaces include The Conservatory and The Courtyard. Perks to sharing this location with The Hive: Couples can also choose to add on our Screens movie venue or The Woodshed concert venue; host a private reception by renting out the Timberfire restaurant; or consider taking over the entire space! With unique, customizable indoor and outdoor spaces, you can choose the areas and atmosphere that best fit your vision.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Aside from catering, yes. If there are vendors you love to work with, we’d like to get acquainted. However, we do offer a list of preferred vendors that will ensure a smooth event experience. The Honey Hill team will be happy to provide our list of trusted pros, including photographers, florists, DJs, bakers and other event specialists.
Is parking available for guests?
Yes. Honey Hill has plenty of parking just steps from the welcoming archway. We also offer and organize valet service for an additional fee.
Are there nearby accommodations for out-of-town guests?
Of course. The Honey Hill hospitality team can provide you with a list of approved hotel and lodging partners that make it simple and convenient for friends and family to stay close to the celebration.
